O Allah! Send blessing on Muhammad and on the children of Muhammad. In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. (All) praise is for Allah (only) who, through His omnipotence, strips the night of darkness, and, through His mercy, brings in the visible light of the day, wrapped me in its brightness, and filled me with its benefits. O my Allah, just as Thou kept me alive (till) this day, let me live through many such days; bless (Thy) Prophet, Muhammad and his children, and do not bring loss upon me in any part of its duration, and also in other nights and days, (by way of not preventing myself from) going in for anything unlawful, and making progress through wrongful means; give me its good, good that is there in it now, and good that it shall have, keep me aloof from its evil, evil that is there in it now, and evil that it shall have. O my Allah, I, totally committed to Islam, seek nearness to Thee; fully learning and grasping (the meanings of) the (Holy) Quran, resolve firmly to rely upon obedience unto Thee; and through the medium of Muhammad Al Mustafa (the chosen), peace and blessings of Allah be on him and his children, I ask Thee for my rescue, therefore know well, acknowledge, and accept, O my Allah, the commitment and alliance on which I rely to receive satisfaction of my desires, O the Most Merciful. O my Allah, in the hours of this Thursday, fulfill my five desires, do not set in motion anything except Thy generous kindness, do not make possible and promote interest of any thing except Thy favor; (give me) sound health and wholesome security which I shall use to obey Thy commands, (confidence) to do good deeds which put me in a position to deserve more and more rewards from Thee, sufficient means of livelihood through fair and lawful employment, be my escort in the hour of fright to afford security, and in the hours of difficulties and sorrows keep me under Thy fortified stronghold; send blessings on Muhammad and on the children of Muhammad, and let my alliance with them be a means of recommendation on the Day of Judgment, because verily Thou art the the Most Merciful. O Allah! Send blessing on Muhammad and on the children of Muhammad.
TRANSLITERATION
Allaahumma s’alli a’laa muh’ammadin’w wa aali muh’ammad Bismillaahir-rah’maanir-rah’eem Alh’amdu lillaahil - lad’ee aad’habal layla muz’liman bi-qudratihee wa jaaa-a bin nahaari mubs’iran birah’matihee wa kasaanee z’’iyaa-ahoo wa anaa fee nia’-matihee allaahumma fakamaa abqaytanee lahoo fa-abqinee li-amthaalihee wa s’alli a’lan nabiyyi muh’ammadin wa aalihee wa laa tafjaa’-nee feehi wa fee ghayrihee minal layaalee wal ayyaami bir-tikaabil mah’aarim wak-tisaabil ma-aathim war-zuqnee khayrahoo wa khayra maa feehi wa khayra maa baa’-dahoo was’-rif a’nnee sharrahoo wa sharra maa feehi wa sharra maa baa’-dahoo allaahumma innee bid’immatil islaami atawassalu ilayka wa bih’urmatil qur-aani aa’-tamidu a’layka wa bi-muh’ammadinil mus’t’afaa s’allalaahu a’layhi wa aalihee wa sallam astashfi-u’ ladayka faa’-rifi allaahumma d’immatiyal latee rajawtu bihaa qaz’’aaa-a h’aajatee yaa arh’amar raah’imeen allaahummaq-z’’i lee fil khameesi khamsaa laa yattasi-u’ lahaa illaa karamuka wa laa yut’eequhaa illaa ni-a’muka salaamatan aqwaa bihaa a’laa t’aa-a’tika wa i’baadatan astah’iqqu bihaa jazeela mathuwbatika wa sa-a’tan fil h’aali minar rizqil h’alaal wa an tuw-minanee fee mawaaqifil khawfi bi-amnika wa taj-a’lnee min t’awaariqil humoomi wal ghumoomi fee h’is’nika wa s’alli a’laa muh’ammadin’w wa aali muh’ammad waj-a’l tawassulee bihee shaafi-a’n yawmal qiyaamati naafi-a’a innaka anta arh’amur raah’imeen allaahumma s’alli a’laa muh’ammadin’w wa aali muh’ammad

O Allah! Send blessings on Muhammad and on the children of Muhammad. In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. Peace be on you, O intimate friend of Allah Peace be on you, O the decisive argument of Allah, sincerely attached to Him Peace be on you, O Guide Leader of the faithfuls inheritor of the Messengers, clear convincing sign of the Lord of the worlds, blessings of Allah be on you, and on your pure and pious children O Mawlaa, O Abaa Muhammad, Hasan son of Ali, I am your obedient follower and of your children, today is your day, Thursday, I come near you today seek your close friendship receive me with open arms, and keep me close, for the sake of your pure and pious children. O Allah! Send blessings on Muhammad and on the children of Muhammad.
TRANSLITERATION
ALLAAHUMMA S’ALLI A’LAA MUH’AMMADIN’W WA AALI MUH’AMMAD BISMILLAHIR-RAH’MAANIR-RAH’EEM ASSALAAMU A’LAYKA YAA WALIYYAALLAAH ASSALAAMU A’LAYKA YAA H’JJATALLAAH WA KHAALIS’ATAHOO ASSALAAMU A’LAYKA YAA IMAAMUL MOO-MINEENA WA WAARITHAL MURSA-LEENA WA H’UJJATA RABBIL A’ALAMEEN S’ALLALLAAHU A’LAYKA WA A’LAA AALI BAYTIKAT’ T’AYYIBEENAT’ T’AAHIREEN YA MAWLAAYA YAA ABAA MUH’AMMAD H’ASANABNA A’LIYY ANAA MAWLAN LAKA WA LI-AALI BAYTIKA WA HAAD’AA YAWMUKA WA HUWA YAWMUL KHAMEES WA ANAA Z”AYFUKA FEEHI WA MUSTAJEERUN BIKA FEEHEE FA-AH’SIN Z”IYAAFATEE WA IJAARATEE BI-H’AQQI AALI BAYTIKAT’T’AYYIBEENAT’ T’AAHIREEN ALLAHUMMA S’ALLI A’LAA MUH’AMMADIN’W WA AALI MUH’AMMAD
THURSDAY NAMAAZ
Prayer for Thursday
(1) It is two rakats. In every rakat after Surah Hamd recite Surah Nasr and Surah Kauther five times each and after Asr recite Surah Tawheed 40 times and Isteghfar 40 times. There is inestimable reward for this. (2) It is narrated from the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.a.) that one who recites ten rakats prayer on Thursday and in each rakat recites Surah Hamd and Surah Tawheed ten times each the angels will tell him: Ask whatever you want and it shall be fulfilled
Prayer for Thursday evening
The prayer for this eve is six rakats. In every rakat after Surah Hamd recite Ayatul Kursi and Surah Kafiroon once each and Surah Tawheed thrice. After the prayers recite Ayatul Kursi thrice. For one who recites this prayer the Almighty Allah appoints an angel to purify his sins who purifies his sins and in their place writes good fortune and bestows him whatever he desires.
